Anello delle Dolomiti Friulane trekking tour

Beautiful, silent mountains, high peaks and amazing views to enjoy respectfully and to reach with effort. On these mountains you will feel the emotions triggered by the pristine, unspoilt natural environment of the isolated valleys, far from the most renowned and popular itineraries. Beech tree woods, high-altitude meadows and huge scree slopes, above which usually fly the golden eagles.

A four-day trekking tour on the amazing "Oltre Piave" Dolomites, mostly in the Friuli region, with overnight stays in mountain huts, to carry out a circular itinerary that stretches out on the peaks Monfalconi, Spalti di Toro, Cridola and Pramaggiore.

Information about the Anello delle Dolomiti Friulane trekking tour

The Dolomiti SkiRock Mountain Guides lead clients and friends to discover the Dolomites of the Friuli region, mountains that are still unspoilt and less popular than the rest of the Dolomites. There is plenty of trekking tours to discover this group of mountains, which is cut through by the canyon valley Val Cimoliana, from which many other little valleys branch out.

Dolomiti SkiRock offers the classical circular trekking itinerary, called "Anello delle Dolomiti Friulane", which stretches out on the main peaks of the mountain range, where the vegetation is lush and spotting the wild mountain animals is quite common.

The trekking tour lasts four days, its starting and arrival point is the hut Rifugio Padova, located in a clearing at an altitude of 1300 metres, at the foot of the mountain range Catena Monfalconi-Spalti di Toro in the Dolomiti Friulane Nature Park.

You will stay overnight in the tradional, family-run mountain huts along the path, where you will taste the specialties of the local traditional cuisine.
